We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Experience Designer Lead to join our team at Continuum Recruitment.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design of digital products and services, ensuring they meet the needs of our clients. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for user-centered design.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of design concepts for digital products and services, incorporating evidence-based research and user feedback.
  • Manage detailed projects or programs, developing and managing relationships with stakeholders.
  • Exercise independence in decision-making, undertaking a leadership role and providing direction to senior staff.
  • Apply user-centered design methodologies to deliver enterprise outcomes and improvements to stakeholder and user experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Greater than 3 years' experience in UX design, leading the design of assets such as user flows, prototypes, wireframes, and other assets for proof of concept and usability.
  • Experience in creating, updating, and managing relevant UI design patterns, frameworks, GUI kits, and governance (including application of branding).
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team, including with user researchers, developers, and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-profile research findings or designs to a range of stakeholders.
  • Ability to work with web design toolsets such as Adobe XD, Adobe suite, and other relevant software.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $140,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including professional development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and a collaborative team environment.

Location

This role is based in Canberra, ACT, with the option to work remotely one day per week. You will also have the opportunity to work from various locations across NSW, QLD, SA, VIC, and the ACT.About Us
