About the Role

Sureway Employment and Training is seeking a skilled Employment Consultant to join our team in Broken Hill. As an Employment Consultant, you will play a vital role in delivering our Disability Employment Services contract and helping individuals secure employment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with clients and employers to achieve sustainable outcomes.
  • Provide tailored customer service to meet the needs of individuals and help them achieve their goals.
  • Work autonomously as part of a wider team to deliver great results.
  • Administer tasks efficiently using up-to-date equipment, including a dedicated work laptop.
