About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Memorial Consultant to join our team at InvoCare. As a Memorial Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales by being the expert on our sites, products, and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales of cremation and burial sites, products, and services while respecting individual family's needs and wishes
  • Presentation of product and service options to clients with sensitivity and to achieve sales targets and expectations
  • Providing exceptional customer service by responding to general enquiries in the park such as memorial look-ups, raising work orders for maintenance of sites, and at all levels of contact with external and internal customers, by telephone and face-to-face
  • Effective communicator with competency in spoken and written English, Thai, Cambodian, Vietnamese
About You

We are looking for a candidate with previous experience managing sales revenue and quota targets. You will also have strong marketing and networking ability, excellent written and oral communication skills, and an ability to display compassion and empathy.
