About the Role

The Multicultural Unit at InvoCare is seeking a skilled Memorial Consultant to provide exceptional customer service and sales to families in anticipation or at the time of need for memorialization of their loved ones.

This role requires a strong community profile and network in the community to deliver exceptional customer service and sales by being the expert on our sites, products, and services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Sales of cremation and burial sites, products, and services while respecting individual family's needs and wishes
  • Presentation of product and service options to clients with sensitivity and to achieve sales targets and expectations
  • Providing exceptional customer service by responding to general enquiries in the park such as memorial look-ups, raising work orders for maintenance of sites, and at all levels of contact with external and internal customers, by telephone and face-to-face
  • Effective communication with competency in spoken and written English, Thai, Cambodian, Vietnamese

The ideal candidate will have a strong marketing and networking ability, excellent written and oral communication skills, and an ability to conduct training sessions for small groups.
