Job Title: Trade Marketing Specialist

About the Position:

We are seeking a seasoned Trade Marketing Specialist to lead the planning and execution of trade marketing campaigns, incentive programs, and retail activations across Australia and New Zealand.

This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and retail excellence across all touchpoints. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective trade marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and sales.

  • Manage end-to-end project management of trade marketing campaigns, including timelines, budgets, stakeholder communication, and execution.
  • Design and implement trade incentive programs to boost customer interaction and revenue growth.
  • Coordinate product launches, roadshows, and retail activations to deliver high-impact results across ANZ.
  • Oversee point-of-sale materials, in-store displays, and merchandising solutions to create an engaging customer experience.
  • Adapt global marketing toolkits for the local market, ensuring alignment with regional needs and standards.
  • Provide regular reporting on campaign performance and ROI to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with creative agencies and vendors to execute permanent fixture rollouts and in-store elevations.
  • Support budget tracking, forecasting, and purchase order processing.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in trade marketing, channel marketing, or retail marketing (eyewear, fashion, lifestyle, or FMCG a plus).
  • Strong project management and coordination skills — highly organized and deadline-driven.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer-first mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused attitude.
