The Communications and Corporate Affairs Group builds and leverages media and strategic stakeholder relationships to improve awareness and understanding of ASIC's mandate and outcomes.
This role sits in the Corporate Affairs team, which is accountable for consumer communications, corporate reporting, events and communications, and strategy.
ASIC aims to improve the skills and knowledge of Australians and provide information and tools to help them make informed decisions.

The key responsibilities- Develop and deliver advertising campaigns: Ensure compliance with relevant guidelines and align with research insights.
- Brief agencies and drive outcomes: Develop communication strategies and manage paid media campaigns.
- Oversee media plans and schedules: Ensure alignment with consumer education campaign objectives.
- Manage multiple marketing campaigns: Supervise execution, monitoring, and measurement of marketing campaigns.
- Prepare key campaign documentation: Briefs, submissions, and progress reports.
- Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing or related fields.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and project management skills.
- Ability to manage several marketing campaigns simultaneously.
- A good understanding of current marketing trends.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and implementing large scale advertising campaigns.
ASIC regulates corporations, markets, financial services, and consumer credit. We monitor and promote market integrity and consumer protection in the Australian financial system.
