About Digital Engineering:

Job Overview:
  • We are seeking an experienced Digital Engineering Coordinator to lead BIM coordination, facilitating virtual design sessions for clash detection and safety in design.
  • The successful applicant will have a proven track record of leading BIM coordination across civil structure, drainage, roads and utilities on large-scale projects within the construction industry.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is required. A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital engineering, BIM management, or a related role is also required.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and oversee BIM coordination strategies, ensuring alignment with project and industry standards.
  • Manage and maintain BIM/digital engineering models, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and integration with project phases.
  • Lead clash detection, safety in design sessions, and issue management using tools like Navisworks or Revizto.
  • Define and enforce digital workflows, standards, and quality assurance for consistent and accurate deliverables.
  • Provide training, guidance, and foster innovation in digital engineering tools and methodologies within the project team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital engineering, BIM management, or a related role within major infrastructure projects.
  • Proven experience leading BIM coordination across civil structure, drainage, roads and utilities on large-scale projects within the construction industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of BIM standards, tools, and technologies.
  • Strong understanding of data management, integration, and interoperability across digital platforms.
