Bring our leading customer data to life and make a real impact through engineering excellence.What we expect from youDegree or equivalent experience in a relevant subject.Lead an engineering function within a sub-domain of a product area and oversee cross-cutting initiatives across engineering.Co-own and drive the delivery of sub-domain OKRs with product and design counterparts.Manage multiple squads to ensure high-quality, secure software delivery in an Agile environment, including overseeing activities like architecture discussions and solution design, providing updates to senior stakeholders, and assisting teams facing challenges.Assess hiring needs, develop hiring strategies, and onboard new team members.Build strong relationships and collaborate closely with product, commercial, UX, and client teams.Work with architecture and principal engineers to identify the best technical solutions and engineering practices.Continuously seek opportunities for improvement in Agile processes, technology adoption, and engineering practices across the domain.Maintain a hands-on role in code development, coding up to 40% for mature teams or 20% for new teams.Manage engineering managers, lead engineers, and engineers, setting clear expectations, supporting career development, reviewing delivery plans, and conducting HR processes.Define and execute the engineering roadmap, such as cloud migration and shift-left initiatives.Establish team OKRs quarterly, review progress, and communicate with stakeholders.Oversee resource planning and budgeting within your allocated scope, including hiring and onboarding.Collaborate with Product Management to define the team's purpose, goals, and roadmap.Build applications using C# .
NET Core with a React frontend.Experience with microservices architecture, REST APIs, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud providers (GCP, Azure, AWS).
Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Octopus, GitLab, Argo.Drive individual development plans and coaching for team growth.
