International Teacher Opportunities in China

We are seeking experienced VET teachers to join our team as International Teachers in China. This is a casual and short-term opportunity to deliver teaching programs with our partner colleges in the region.
As an International Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and vocational expertise across all aspects of teaching delivery. This includes offshore teaching delivery in China, planning and performance to ensure excellent outcomes for learners, the organisations that employ them, and the communities they serve.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of contemporary approaches to education, teaching, and learning. They will be able to design and deliver succinct, up-to-date, and engaging program materials and training sessions. Additionally, they must be able to motivate and guide students to optimise their learning outcomes.
This position focuses on excellence in learner support, teaching delivery, and learning assessment, resource development, and educational administration. Casual teachers are used on an as-required basis to cover various staffing situations offshore, including international training requests, additional workload arising from increased class sizes, or the uncertainty surrounding a particular course. On this basis, hours are variable and cannot be guaranteed.

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $83,429.00 - $107,995.00 p.a. pro rata plus super, based on the Australian dollar. The location for this role is Offshore Partner Colleges in China.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116), vocational qualifications at AQF level 4 or above relevant to Financial / Electrical or Engineering, and registration with relevant professional bodies/associations as required for the discipline. Mandarin speaking would be an advantage.

You will be an experienced VET teacher with a strong passion for delivering high-quality education. You will be able to motivate and guide students to optimise their learning outcomes and possess a strong understanding of contemporary approaches to education, teaching, and learning.
