**Teach in China: A Rewarding Opportunity for Experienced VET Teachers**
We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced VET teachers to join our team in China. As a member of our international programs team, you will have the opportunity to share your expertise and passion for teaching with students in China.
**About the Role:**
The Short Fixed Term Offshore Teacher - International Programs provides professional teaching and vocational expertise across all aspects of teaching delivery. This includes offshore teaching delivery in China, planning, and performance to ensure excellent outcomes for learners, organizations, and communities.
This position focuses on excellence in learner support, teaching delivery, and learning assessment, resource development, and educational administration. Casual teachers are used on an as-required basis to cover various staffing situations offshore, including international training requests, additional workload arising from increased class sizes, or uncertainty surrounding a particular course.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver high-quality teaching and training programs to students in China
- Plan and develop engaging program materials and training sessions
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance
- Contribute to the development of educational resources and materials
**Requirements:**
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116)
- Vocational qualifications at AQF level 4 or above relevant to Financial / Electrical or Engineering
- Vocational currency as demonstrated through a range of work and related experience
- Registration with relevant professional bodies/associations as required for the discipline
- Mandarin speaking is highly desirable
**What We Offer:**
We offer a competitive salary package, ranging from $83,429 to $107,995 per annum pro rata, plus superannuation. You will also have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of students and colleagues, and contribute to the development of educational resources and materials.
