About You

We are seeking a talented Food and Beverage Service Associate to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our In-Room Dining team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through impeccable service and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, stock, and maintain work areas to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Ensure thorough understanding of menu offerings, including dietary requirements, to provide personalized recommendations to guests
  • Engage guests in conversation to create memorable experiences and promote hotel services
  • Inspect cleanliness and presentation of china, glass, and silver before use
  • Complete closing duties, including storing reusable goods, breaking down goods, cleaning equipment and areas, returning equipment to proper locations, locking refrigerators, restocking items, turning off lights, locking doors, and completing daily cleaning checklists
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures
  • Foster positive working relationships with colleagues and provide assistance as needed

Requirements

  • Experience in a dynamic restaurant or hospitality setting
  • A proactive and upbeat demeanor, with excellent communication skills

  • CURRENT Victorian RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification
