About the RoleThe Employment Consultant will be the first point of contact for participants engaging in ALPA's Community Development Programs (CDP) services. The successful candidate will provide individualised service to each participant while ensuring adherence to program guidelines and key performance measures.
About ALPAALPA is Australia's largest financially independent Indigenous corporation, employing over 1000 employees across 27 remote locations throughout the NT and QLD. Our mission is to create economic independence and equal opportunity for Aboriginal people.
Salary and BenefitsThe salary package includes:
- Salary packaging up to $15,900 per annum with additional meal and entertainment options
- Shared accommodation including all utility bills
- Seven weeks annual leave plus 17.5% leave loading
- 13.5% superannuation
- Relocation assistance

- Two return flights per annum to Darwin for utilizing leave
