Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of engine service operations, including troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance.

You will work closely with technicians to coach and develop their skills, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the knowledge and expertise to complete tasks efficiently.

You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workshop, adhering to Health, Safety & Environmental policies and procedures, and reporting any issues or incidents to your supervisor.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need advanced level knowledge of and/or experience with engine products.

You will also need experience providing technical advice and coaching to more junior technicians, as well as strong leadership and communication skills.
