Principle is a global brand implementation company that brings international brands to life in various environments. As a Quality Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the proper execution of products and services by managing and implementing quality assurance and control systems.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor production status to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Reject products and materials that do not meet established quality standards.
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to understand product requirements.
- Examine functionality and compare final products to drawing specifications.
- Recommend improvements in production processes and ensure quality control.
- Document inspection results and generate detailed reports.
- Communicate quality issues to production teams and establish a continuous improvement plan.
- Collaborate with the USA team on a daily basis.
- Proactively communicate manufacturing complications and propose solutions.
- Follow up on material and sample shipments.
- Elaborate drawings or adjustments to solve manufacturing problems.
- Negotiate with suppliers on engineering processes and costs.
- Conduct client walk-throughs to present manufacturing progress.
- Review fixture stock against key plans and POs.
- Industrial engineer or industrial designer degree.
- Ability to work in manufacturing plants.
- Travel availability if necessary.
- 2-3 years' experience in manufacturing plants and/or processes.
- Strong mathematical and technical skills.
- Excellent understanding of quality control processes.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, spoken and written.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
