Quality Assurance Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead our Eastern Freeway Burke to Tram Road project. This is an exciting opportunity for a Quality professional to join our team and contribute to the success of the project.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality procedures to ensure all works are completed in accordance with contract conditions, standards, and regulations.
- Review quality specifications to ensure all QA/QC project deliverables are captured and processes are in place to achieve them.
- Collaborate with Engineers to prepare Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and Inspection and Test Records (ITRs).
- Monitor and report on construction conformance, product, and documentation.
- Deliver quality-related training to subcontractors, suppliers, and the delivery team.
About You
- Experience in a similar Quality Assurance Manager role.
- Sound knowledge of Australian Standards (e.g., AS/NZS 9001:2008), Industry Codes, and Procedures.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Exposure to both Road and Infrastructure will be highly regarded.
