Visual Merchandising Manager Role

Tiffany & Co. is seeking a skilled and experienced Visual Merchandising Manager to join our team in ANZ.

This role involves ensuring consistency, quality, and sophistication of visual merchandising implementation across the network.

  • Develop and implement retail activation strategies for store events, art exhibitions, partnerships, and other initiatives.
  • Lead a team of Visual Merchandising Specialists in market and build a Visual Merchandising Programming Calendar.
  • Align on collection placement strategy in market and monitor visual standards of all stores in ANZ.
  • Evaluate styling guidelines and merchandising strategy to ensure consistency across all stores.
  • Control department budget and expenditure while meeting business targets.

This role requires 7-10 years of experience in merchandising, visual display, and styling, as well as demonstrated experience in developing and coaching a team.
