Visual Merchandising Coordinator - Maternity Leave Cover

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Merchandising Coordinator to join our team on a maternity leave cover basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting all retail stores in the execution of visual merchandising directives, creating seasonal guidelines and directives, and maintaining brand standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support all retail stores in the execution of visual merchandising directives
  • Create seasonal visual merchandising guidelines and directives for all stores
  • Maintain brand standards and visual standards within bricks-and-mortar stores
  • Onboard new retail team members to brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines
  • Identify knowledge and skill gaps within the team and conduct relevant training
  • Coach and deliver timely feedback to retail staff to optimize visual merchandising-driven commercial opportunities
  • Analyse data and execute strategies to influence positive commercial outcomes

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience using visual merchandising to create compelling brand environments
  • Expertise in using commercial visual merchandising techniques to drive conversion, ATV and IPT
  • Strong stakeholder relationships and communication skills
  • Confidence in training and providing feedback
  • Experience with design software to communicate proposals and directives
