This role is suited for a self-motivated individual with a minimum10–15 years of valuation experience , who thrives in a collaborative environment and values the flexibility and personalised service of a boutique practice.
Important: This roledoes not involve mortgage or bank panel valuations.
Your Role Will Include: Undertaking a diverse range of property valuations, including capital gains tax, transfer duty, family law, conciliation and estate/probate.
Working across residential, commercial, and light industrial properties in Sydney Metro, North Shore and the Northern Beaches, also extending to the Eastern and Western Suburbs.
Managing client relationships and delivering well-reasoned, high-quality, articulate reports.
Collaborating with a small, experienced, supportive team to extend and grow your knowledge while contributing to the ongoing business development of the company.
Must be CPV qualified.
