About this role

This position is an opportunity for you to join our team of professionals who provide detailed valuation advice across various retail properties.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders to gather and analyze sales and leasing evidence, complete cash flow models, and deliver timely and accurate valuation reports.

  • You will interact with clients and gain market and business knowledge by attending client and industry functions.
  • You will build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients.
  • You will assess current market values for properties and extract and analyze comparable sales evidence.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a degree in a relevant field and have experience working in the property industry.

You should possess excellent communication and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

You should also be proficient in using various software applications relevant to the property industry.

You must be able to take personal responsibility and always do what's right for your clients, people, and communities.
