About the Role

The Retail Operations Team Lead oversees daily sales floor activities in a retail environment, supervising up to 12 team members on a shift.

Responsibilities include:

Key requirements for success are:

  • Availability for full-time hours on a flexible rotating roster from Monday to Sunday
  • Experience in fast-paced environments, such as retail or hospitality
