Job Description:

The Full Time Key Leader role is a pivotal part of the store leadership team, significantly impacting sales floor team members and guest experience daily.

As a leader, you will be responsible for guiding your team to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales growth, and maintain a positive work environment that fosters collaboration and mutual respect.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example and provide guidance and support to team members to ensure a great guest experience through active listening and empathy.
  • Oversee all retail operations on the sales floor, including planning effective salesfloor coverage and making strategic decisions to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Review business data and metrics to evaluate progress toward goals, identify areas for improvement, and make informed decisions to adjust strategies as needed.
