Senior Sales Floor Leader

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Key Leader to join our team. As an integral part of the store leadership, you will play a vital role in shaping the salesfloor team members and guest experience.
The Key Leader is responsible for leading by example and providing support to Educators, ensuring an exceptional guest experience in the store, and overseeing all retail floor operations.
Core Responsibilities:- Develop and provide ongoing learning and development opportunities for team members through direct feedback, coaching, mentoring, and career path guidance.
- Support team members' growth and performance by recognizing their achievements, assessing gaps, and documenting overall performance.
- Disseminate product and company knowledge effectively through various communication channels.
- Work closely with team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences that value guests' time, including needs assessment, technical product education, and transaction support.
- Interact with guests to understand their unique needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their expectations.
- Deliver technical product education by highlighting the benefits and value of the products.
- Resolve guest concerns and address escalations promptly to ensure satisfaction.
