Community Events Coordinator

A prestigious opportunity exists for a seasoned Event Manager to oversee hospitality operations at East Fremantle Community Park.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that requires an experienced professional to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of all events across the venue.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving event success through strong client engagement, operational leadership, and revenue growth strategies.
Main Responsibilities- Plan, coordinate, and execute events with a focus on seamless delivery and client satisfaction
- Serve as the main contact for clients, suppliers, stakeholders, and partners
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the venue and develop sales strategies
- Manage budgets and ensure profitability of the events unit
- Work with kitchen, bar, and operations teams to deliver exceptional service
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- 5+ years' experience in event management within hospitality
- Relevant qualifications in hospitality or event management
- Strong knowledge of F&B service, event logistics, and venue operations
- Experience managing event budgets, pricing, and profitability
