Lead Banking Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Banking Specialist to join our esteemed team. The focus of this role will be on executing high-profile banking transactions, securitisation and structured finance deals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act on a wide range of prominent banking and finance deals
  • Collaborate with major corporations, project sponsors, mezzanine financiers, and private equity firms
  • Work closely with Partners to provide expert advice and guidance on complex financial transactions

In this role, you will have significant responsibility and client contact, providing exceptional analytical, communication, and research skills to drive business growth and success.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a leading banking and finance practice
  • Expertise in securitisation and structured finance transactions
  • Exceptional organisational, time management, and leadership skills
  • High level of proficiency in drafting various legal documents
