As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance and driving customer satisfaction.

About the Role
  • You will coordinate quality assurance activities to ensure product and process compliance.
  • Collaborate with operational leaders to improve and maintain product quality.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Supervising Quality Control Officers and supporting escalation of production issues.
  • Partnering with the Technical team to validate product compliance and implement effective Corrective Actions Plans (CAPAs).
  • Conducting internal audits and hosting third-party certification audits.
  • Managing process analysis and ensuring measurable outcomes.
  • Identifying training needs and implementing quality-related programs.
  • Supporting product rejects, returns, and complaints with compliant corrective actions.
  • Ensuring timely resolution of audit findings.
  • Assisting with trials and change management processes.
Requirements
  • Solid experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment is required.
  • A strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS), including ISO 9001 standards.
  • Experience conducting internal audits and managing CAPAs.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is necessary.
  • Tertiary qualification in a related discipline will be highly regarded.
  • Experience in a TGA-approved or medical device manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential.
