The Product Development Draftsperson reports to the Product Development Manager and is part of the head office Product Development team. The focus of this rewarding role is to support the evolution of award-winning home designs.

You will be responsible for:

  • Accurately modeling new house designs in ArchiCAD,
  • Producing detailed documentation for internal departments,
  • Critically analyzing design and documentation quality,
  • Liaising with designers for effective product development,
  • Maintaining existing library of ArchiCAD modules and master plans across the Group,
  • Staying up-to-date with relevant Australian building codes.

About you:

You share a passion for our purpose and are aligned to our core values. In addition, you demonstrate:

  • Minimum Diploma of Building Design qualification or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes and downstream impacts
  • Minimum 2 years' Architectural Drafting experience within residential home design
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Effective time management skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Previous ArchiCAD experience preferred but not essential
