Administrative Manager
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized individual to oversee daily administrative operations, coordinate office activities, and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize meetings, maintain calendars, and assist with various administrative tasks.
- Provide administrative support, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing paperwork.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, book meetings, and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and databases, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement efficient office systems and procedures to improve productivity and workflow.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proficiency in administrative assistance and office management.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Relevant certification or training in office management is a plus.
- Familiarity with industry operations is beneficial.
Work Environment:
- Part-time role, working on-site at a small family-owned business.
- Occasional evening or weekend work may be required.
