Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to expand our presence in the SME market and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, with a strong understanding of ADP's product offerings.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key clients, identifying potential sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry networks and connections to drive revenue growth.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth, staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2-3 years Sales Experience: Proven track record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in a B2B sales environment.
  • Previous Experience in Solution Sales: Demonstrated experience in explaining complex systems to non-technical clients and identifying potential sales opportunities.
  • Tertiary Qualification or Equivalent Experience: Strong understanding of business principles, management practices, and marketing disciplines.
  • Professional Training/Certification: Presentation skills, proposal development, and sales scoping and qualification experience.
