Equipment Specialist Opportunity

Are you a customer-focused individual with a passion for sales and service? We have an exciting opportunity for an Equipment Specialist to join our team in Brisbane.

This permanent full-time position will see you working closely with customers, providing exceptional advice and guidance on our range of workshop equipment products. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on our workshop equipment products
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to customers
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proven sales experience and a track record of achieving sales targets
  • Knowledge of workshop equipment products and services is highly desirable
