Job Opportunity: Sales Consultant

At our iconic Australian fashion brand, we are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our sales team as a Casual Sales Consultant.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through great service, excellent product knowledge, and seamless execution of operational processes. As a key member of the sales team, you will contribute to the smooth operations of the store through effective management of stock and loss prevention, and ensure visual merchandising is maintained in accordance with brand standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing outstanding customer service through knowledgeable and friendly interactions
  • Utilizing tools available to stay up-to-date with the latest products and share that knowledge with customers
  • Contributing to the achievement of sales targets and revenue growth through effective sales strategies and techniques
