This role is responsible for developing and implementing a streamlined, AI-driven finance strategy that supports the growth of multiple high-performing education businesses.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and maintain a lean, agile finance system that fosters innovation and efficiency in education businesses
- Develop critical design decisions to simplify and scale key finance workflows
- Review deep analysis and improvement plans with written coaching to enhance logic and train AI and humans
- Participate in high-impact meetings on strategic planning, budgeting, vendors, and compliance
The ideal candidate will have:
- CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA, or MBA degree
- 10+ years in senior finance leadership roles such as Finance Director, Controller, CFO, or equivalent
- Experience in a senior finance leadership role with full ownership of all core finance functions
Preferred qualifications include familiarity with K-12 education models, experience building finance automation or AI-driven workflows from scratch, and previous exposure to finance operations in multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction businesses.
