Job Title

A seasoned finance professional is sought to drive the end-to-end finance function and partner closely with leadership.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the month-end close and reporting process with accuracy and insights.
  • Prepare statutory financial reports and manage external audit processes.
  • Oversee tax compliance, including IAS, FBT, and GST lodgements.
  • Maintain strong internal controls and update financial policies as required.
Requirements
  • CA or CPA qualified with a degree in Accounting, Business or Commerce.
  • Big 4 trained or similar experience, with strong technical accounting expertise.
  • In-depth knowledge of Australian tax compliance and financial reporting standards.
  • Proven experience in a project-based or service-based business.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central, Jet Reports or Power BI ideal but not essential.
  • Commercial acumen, strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
