Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Workplace Ambassador/Corporate Concierge to drive an exceptional client experience in every interaction, while delivering a range of on-site workplace services.

  • The successful candidate will proactively build rapport with clients and ensure their needs are met to minimize escalations.
  • They will support the delivery of internal general services for staff across various disciplines including property, facilities, ergonomics, emergency preparedness, event management, desk and parking booking, meeting rooms, AV/VC issues, and general building orientation.
  • The Workplace Ambassador/Corporate Concierge will ensure adherence to IAG workplace guidelines to create a welcoming, safe, and productive workplace.
  • They will build strong relationships with all stakeholders, respond to feedback, assist in the coordination and delivery of day-to-day office premises operations.
  • The role requires flexibility in availability to ensure coverage on all conference center floors and maintain work standards during high-volume workloads.
  • The successful candidate will provide guidance to employees on navigating self-service functions for technical support such as security, safety, and IT issues.
  • They will ensure meeting room floors are maintained in a pristine and clutter-free state, set up rooms ready for each booking, and liaise with suppliers of catering, AV, etc. to streamline the service offering.
  • The Workplace Ambassador/Corporate Concierge will utilize stakeholder relationships to identify opportunities to expand the service offering, e.g., project delivery, trade self-delivery services, and take steps to promptly raise this with the Line Manager for further consideration and potential client discussions.
  • They will manage the mailroom and deliver administration and logistic support, enhancing the employee experience through onsite services and business administration support.
  • The role involves driving digital influence within all departments, providing the option of scanning incoming mail/cheques to a digital mailbox and maximizing the digital distribution of correspondence.

Requirements

  • A well-developed interpersonal skillset and ability to manage relationships with key stakeholders, including managing expectations (essential).
  • Strong time management and project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and coordinate others to meet key milestones (essential).
  • Experience in hospitality, hotel management, or high-end corporate concierge is required.
  • Prior experience in managing meeting room services is an advantage.
  • Proven experience with continuous improvement initiatives and client reporting is desired.
  • The successful candidate must present a professional and friendly corporate image to clients.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential.
  • A good command of verbal and written English is required.
