About This Role

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Workplace Concierge to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for staff and visitors, managing front-of-house operations with a high level of professionalism.

You will oversee day-to-day service delivery, ensuring compliance with standards and procedures, and implement client engagement strategies and operational experience initiatives. Additionally, you will coordinate and support events, activations, and site tours, as well as manage internal communications to enhance workplace culture and employee engagement.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills to make a real impact in shaping the future of real estate.

  • Deliver exceptional workplace experiences onsite

You will also require excellent organisational and administration skills, as well as adaptability and a proactive approach.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

  • Motivated self-starter with a strong customer service orientation

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Adaptable in a fast-paced working environment
  • Strong organisational and administration skills
  • 1-2 years' experience in hospitality, customer service, or related field
