As a key member of our success team, you will be responsible for:

  • Building strong relationships with customers to ensure their continued success and satisfaction
  • Providing exceptional support and guidance to help them maximize the value of our platform
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to existing customers

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales or account management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers at all levels
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex customer issues
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer relationship tools
