We are seeking a professional to join our sales team as an Account Manager based in Wollongong. This role offers great opportunities to apply your knowledge and skills to build and enhance a long-term career in the HVAC industry.

This is a key position that will play a significant part in supporting business growth through identifying new sales channels and branding opportunities.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, planning, and interpersonal skills, and will contribute to driving sales activities, revenue growth, and expense controls.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop business plans covering sales activities, revenue growth, and expense controls.
  • Lead customer account management matters, maintaining relationships and resolving issues.
  • Identify prospective customers and generate leads to expand the business.
  • Ensure timely delivery of solutions to customer needs.
  • Provide sales promotions information to customers.
  • Keep abreast with market competitive advantage.
  • Contribute to pricing model, quotations, and product improvements.
  • Maintain records and collaborate with warehouse personnel for accurate sales orders and deliveries.

Requirements:

  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities to influence decision making.
  • Accountability for time and efficiency.
  • Ability to work with key stakeholders within Polyaire including Sales and Operational Teams.

Australian citizen or permanent resident required.
