Customer Service Representative

The role of a Customer Service Representative is pivotal in creating a positive experience for customers. As the first point of contact, you will engage with prospective customers and existing members to address their needs and provide solutions that add value to their lifestyle.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Engaging with customers through conversation to understand their requirements and offer relevant solutions.
  • Asking effective questions to identify customer needs and guide conversations in a customer-centric manner.
  • Maintaining high-quality service and contributing to a positive member experience in every interaction.

To excel in this role, you must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating resilience and a can-do attitude. You should be able to remain calm under pressure, showing empathy and understanding to customers while maintaining a high level of computer literacy to navigate multiple product systems accurately.

We are looking for individuals who possess excellent communication and listening skills, are comfortable working autonomously as part of a hybrid Sales team, and have the initiative to support customers with product suggestions to address their needs.
