Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our customers have an exceptional shopping experience.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and serving customers in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting customers with finding products and answering questions about our services
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including receiving and stocking merchandise

You will also be responsible for working collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
