We're working with a fintech that's scaling their engineering team in Sydney. They are modernising their platform and moving from .NET to Golang, building out greenfield features and reshaping their architecture.

  • As part of a major replatform program, you'll be building production Go services from scratch.
  • You'll contribute to an event-driven, cloud-native environment on AWS.
  • You'll work with CI/CD pipelines, DataDog observability, and modern engineering practices.
  • You'll partner with mobile, data, and product teams to deliver customer-facing features.
What you'll bring
  • You have strong backend experience, preferably in Go, but recent backend experience is also valuable.
  • You know distributed systems and scalable architectures.
  • You have solid testing practices and a pragmatic approach to performance and security.
  • You have clear communication and a collaborative mindset.
