We are seeking compassionate Home Care Employees to provide personalized support to our customers in their own homes. Job Description

As a Home Care Employee, your duties may include:

  • Personal Care and Showering
  • Medication Assistance (for Grade Three's only)
  • Cooking and Food Preparation
  • Transportation to Appointments and Social Engagements
  • Providing Companionship
  • Assisting Customers to Live Well and Positively in Their Own Homes
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Full Driver's License and a Fully Insured Car (if applicable)
  • Relevant Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing) or Equivalent
  • A Medication Competency Certificate
  • At Least 500 Hours of Professional Home Care/Aged Care Experience
  • Current First Aid Certificate and CPR (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills (A Second Language is a Bonus)
  • Resilience and Ability to Work Independently
  • Availability to Work Weekdays
