Accounts Payable Clerk Role


The Accounts Payable Clerk will primarily work from our Warwick Farm Office, supporting the overflow of tasks throughout the accounts department, particularly in banking, accounts receivable and accounts payable.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Maintain accurate records of business transactions and office activities within assigned areas
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external parties, where relevant
  • Assist customers with queries and provide timely resolutions
  • Escalate unresolved actions to managers in a timely manner
  • Ensure accuracy in documentation, spreadsheets, appointments and bookings as required
  • Process data and documentation accurately and efficiently
  • Respond to emails effectively and in a timely manner
  • Support general administration tasks for operations teams, when required
  • Collaborate with other teams on assigned projects
  • Adhere to PWAH policies and procedures

Requirements for Success:



  • Australian work rights

  • Good computer skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proven organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
