Senior Core Banking System Support Professional

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for the Fiserv Signature platform and its associated modules
  • Monitor system performance and respond to incidents to minimize downtime
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in collaboration with internal teams, vendors, and customers
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and document findings, including preventative and corrective actions
  • Assist with patching, upgrades, and deployment of new versions and releases
  • Ensure seamless integration of the Signature platform with other internal systems and banking applications
Required Skills & Experience:
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with the Fiserv Signature Platform, especially Signature CBS (Aperio)
  • Working knowledge of modules such as:
    • Signature CRS
    • Signature Branch Teller
    • Signature Evolution Microservices
    • Signature CBS Communicator
    • Signature Frontier Reconciliation
  • Strong platform configuration, troubleshooting, and system support skills
  • Familiarity with APM tools like AppDynamics and log analysis tools like Splunk
  • Solid understanding of ITIL processes: Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management
  • Competence in Oracle databases and SQL for basic querying and data investigation
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
  • Effective communicator with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience in a managed services or enterprise banking support environment
