Job Title: Senior Support Engineer

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a critical role as a Senior Support Engineer for our Fiserv Signature Platform.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level technical support for the Fiserv Signature platform and its associated modules.
  • Monitor system performance and respond to incidents to minimize downtime.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in collaboration with internal teams, vendors, and customers.
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and document findings, including preventative and corrective actions.
  • Assist with patching, upgrades, and deployment of new versions and releases.
  • Ensure seamless integration of the Signature platform with other internal systems and banking applications.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to support high-priority or after-hours incidents.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with the Fiserv Signature Platform, especially Signature CBS (Aperio).
  • Working knowledge of modules such as: Signature CRS, Signature Branch Teller, Signature Evolution Microservices, Signature CBS Communicator, and Signature Frontier Reconciliation.
  • Strong platform configuration, troubleshooting, and system support skills.
  • Familiarity with APM tools like AppDynamics and log analysis tools like Splunk.
  • Solid knowledge of ITIL processes: Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management.
  • Competence in Oracle databases and SQL for basic querying and data investigation.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in a managed services or enterprise banking support environment.

Alternative Experience:

  • Exposure to or past support experience with other core banking platforms, such as FIS Profile, Finacle (Infosys), Temenos, TCS BaNCS, Oracle FLEXCUBE, Mambu (cloud-native), Finastra, and Jack Henry & Associates.
  • Experience supporting financial reconciliation systems or core-to-channel integrations.
