Job Title: Strategic Industry Partnerships Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Strategic Industry Partnerships Manager.

This role will involve identifying growth opportunities and developing strategic partnerships to enhance program reach, conducting market analysis to define our unique value proposition, building strong relationships with employers, referral agencies, and community organizations, and ensuring contract compliance and alignment with Service Provider Instructions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify Growth Opportunities: Develop and implement strategies to identify new business opportunities and expand existing partnerships.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends and competitor activity, and develop recommendations to enhance our offerings.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including employers, referral agencies, and community organizations.
  • Contract Compliance: Ensure that all contracts and agreements are up-to-date and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports to senior management on partnership progress and any challenges or successes.
