Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our dedicated team as a Front of House & Admin Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

- Offer quotes for necessary repairs and book customers in for fast, reliable services.
- Communicate with customers over the phone, in person, and online to provide updates and support.
- Upsell and cross-sell products such as accessories and additional services.
- Manage e-commerce tasks, including listing products, packaging, and dispatching orders using platforms like Shopify.

Requirements:

- Strong understanding of mobile phones and repairs
- Experience in phone repairs, mobile device sales, and accessories sales
- Familiarity with Shopify and e-commerce platforms
- Excellent skills in sales, effective communication, and organization
- Proactive, customer-focused attitude and genuine passion for delivering exceptional service
