Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled mobile phone repair technician to fill this exciting role.

This is an opportunity for someone who is passionate about mobile technology and providing excellent customer service.

  • Repair broken mobile phones, tablets, and other devices
  • Train junior technicians in repair skills
  • Work with leading brands and follow established guidelines
  • Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
  • Process cash and card payments, answer queries, and deal with customer refunds and complaints

Prior experience in a similar retail role is preferred, but not required. Availability on Thursday nights and weekends is essential.
