As a Senior Functional Consultant on our Dynamics 365 team, you will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of platform implementations in collaboration with customers. Your strong leadership skills and experience in implementing CRM systems will enable you to develop and maintain excellent knowledge of the D365 CE platforms across all modules.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of platform solutions in accordance with customer requirements.
- Mentor and guide a team of functional consultants to ensure successful project delivery.
- Analyze business needs and design solutions that meet those needs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Tools.
- 7 years of experience working with D365 Platform.
- Proven track record of delivering projects as a consultant or in a lead role.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in an agile framework.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
