Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Implementation

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation for a mid-to-large enterprise based in Adelaide.

This digital transformation initiative will streamline customer relationship management, optimize field service delivery, and strengthen financial operations through the deployment of Customer Engagement (CE), Field Service (FS), and Finance & Operations (FinOps) modules.

The successful candidate will have proven experience delivering large-scale Dynamics 365 implementations and possess a strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, Dynamics architecture, and integrations.

  • Lead end-to-end implementation across CE, FS, and FinOps.
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and resource forecasts.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including client staff, system integrators, and vendors.
  • Engage with executive sponsors and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Establish governance and change management processes throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Mitigate and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Project management experience with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Dynamics 365 certification or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
