Job Title: Business Systems Implementation Lead

This role is critical in aligning system implementation with strategic and operational goals across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the full lifecycle of business systems implementation projects, from planning and design to go-live and post-implementation support.
  • Implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for ERP and CRM functionalities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and consultants to ensure successful delivery of project milestones.
  • Translate business requirements into system design using a strong understanding of business operations and strategic priorities.
  • Drive change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, training plans, user support, and communication strategies.
  • Manage data migration, system integration, testing, and quality assurance processes to ensure system integrity and performance.
  • Provide hands-on support during implementation and transition to business-as-usual operations.
  • Monitor risks and issues proactively, implementing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
  • Ensure alignment with regulatory and compliance requirements and provide timely reporting to senior stakeholders.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

Required Experience and Knowledge:
  • Significant experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and CRM solutions.
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Automate and Power Apps).
  • Background in business analysis or project management, with the ability to translate complex business needs into effective system functionality.
  • Track record of managing system implementations, including testing, data migration, training, change management, and post-launch support.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently interact with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of financial, HR, and operational systems, and how they integrate within ERP/CRM environments.
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid project delivery environments, with skills in wave planning, release management, and governance.
Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Business, Commerce, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent significant professional experience.
Desirable Certifications:
  • Power Platform Solution Architect Expert or Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert.
