Project Manager - MS D365

The role of a Project Manager is crucial in the successful implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365. A seasoned professional with strong leadership skills and experience in managing large-scale projects is required.

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of Dynamics 365 across Customer Engagement, Field Service, and Finance & Operations modules.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource forecasts to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including client staff, system integrators, and vendors to achieve project goals.
  • Engage with executive sponsors and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and expectations.
  • Establish strong governance and change management processes throughout the project lifecycle to minimize risks and maximize benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, mitigate, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure project success.
  • Oversee UAT, training, cutover planning, and go-live execution to ensure seamless transition and minimal disruption.
  • Report regularly on project progress, risks, and key milestones to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale Dynamics 365 implementations with a strong track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, Dynamics architecture, and integrations to ensure effective project delivery.

Requirements:

  • PMP/PRINCE2 accreditation as proof of project management expertise.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification to demonstrate knowledge and skills in the field.
  • Previous experience in general or motor insurance (desired) to provide industry-specific insight and expertise.
